01About these terms

These Terms of Use cover the TennisScore app and this website, operated by the individual identified below (“we”, “us”). Please read them before using the service. They apply where a valid agreement is formed under applicable law. Your mandatory consumer rights remain protected.

02The TennisScore service

TennisScore helps you follow tennis scores, fixtures, results, player and tournament information, and available match statistics. Features and data coverage can vary by event, device, app version and source availability.

Scores and statistics may be delayed, incomplete or corrected. A scheduled time can change, an event can be postponed and a live feed can be interrupted. We take reasonable care with the service but cannot promise uninterrupted delivery or perfect data. Use official tournament sources when an authoritative result is needed.

Any predictions or personal picks are informational and recreational. They are not guarantees, professional advice or a wagering service. TennisScore does not accept bets or hold betting funds.

03Eligibility and access

You must be legally able to enter this agreement, or use the service with a parent or guardian where applicable. Follow any age requirements shown in the app’s store listing and any requirements that apply in your country.

Release age policy: Minimum age and applicable parental requirements — to be confirmed.

The current app uses a guest identity rather than an email-and-password registration. Protect your device and do not share guest credentials. Following and preferences may not transfer to another device; cross-device sync is not currently available. Reinstallation is not a guaranteed backup or recovery method.

04Using the service fairly

Subject to these terms and the applicable app licence, you may use TennisScore for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

• Interfere with the service, overload it or bypass access controls and rate limits.
• Access another person’s records or use credentials that are not yours.
• Redistribute or commercially exploit our content or sports feeds without permission or a legal right to do so.
• Scrape the service at scale, manipulate its requests or reverse engineer it except where the law expressly permits this.
• Use the service unlawfully or infringe the rights of others.

We may take proportionate steps to protect the service from misuse, including restricting abusive access. We will provide an explanation and an opportunity to resolve a restriction where practicable and legally appropriate.

05Advertising and subscriptions

TennisScore’s planned business model includes advertising and optional subscriptions. Availability, included features and any effect a subscription has on advertising will be explained in the app before you decide to purchase.

Subscription offer: Release availability, included benefits, billing provider, price, period, renewal and any trial conditions — to be confirmed.

Before you confirm a subscription, the purchase screen must clearly show what you receive, the price, billing period and renewal conditions. Any trial or introductory offer must explain when it ends and what you will pay afterward. These terms alone do not activate a subscription or authorise a charge.

Purchases made through the App Store are billed through your Apple Account. An auto-renewing subscription continues until cancelled under the terms shown at purchase. You can manage or cancel an App Store subscription in your Apple Account settings. Deleting the app or requesting deletion of personal information does not cancel it.

Details about advertising data, partners and privacy choices are provided in the Privacy Policy. Acceptance of these terms does not replace consent required for advertising or tracking.

06Content and app licence

The app, website design and original materials are owned by the operator or its licensors. Sports data, player names, tournament names and associated marks may belong to their respective rights holders. Displaying them does not imply that a player, tour or tournament endorses TennisScore.

For an app downloaded from the App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless a valid custom licence is supplied with the app. These website and service terms supplement that licence; they do not replace it or narrow rights it grants. Apple is not responsible for operating TennisScore’s service.

07Changes and availability

We may improve or change features and correct data. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where possible and any notice required by law. For a paid service, any changes, discontinuation or remedies remain subject to the purchase agreement and mandatory consumer protections.

You may stop using the service at any time. Information deletion and retention are explained in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance or a material breach of these terms, using proportionate measures.

08Our responsibility

We will provide the service with the care required by applicable law. Data availability depends partly on third-party feeds and your device and network. You are responsible for how you interpret and use sporting information, subject always to rights you cannot legally waive.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for business losses or unforeseeable indirect losses arising from personal use of the service. We do not exclude liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that the law does not allow us to exclude. Mandatory digital-content, service-conformity and consumer remedies remain available.

09Questions and disputes

Please use the contact details above if something is wrong so we can try to resolve it. You remain free to use any complaint process, regulator or court available under applicable law.

These terms do not require arbitration or restrict you to courts in the Netherlands. Nothing here removes the mandatory consumer protections or court access available in your country of residence.

10Updates to these terms

We may revise these terms when the service or law changes. The date at the top identifies the latest version. We will give notice and obtain agreement where required; a revision does not retrospectively remove your rights.
